Joining as Premium User and obtaining the 3 services, banner, barter, and 2 networkings, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you would do not accept all of these terms, please do not use Sylodium in this way.
COVENANTS & UNDERTAKINGS
- The Client would be entitled to buy and/or sell and/or exchange products / services offered of the other users of the Sylodium’s network and all their data are his real data.
- All purchases and sales made by the Client with the rest of users would be on Reciprocal Trade. There would be no conversions, refunds or claims made in cash, under any circumstances. All debits and credits of either party will be settled in kind only.
- Both Parties shall exercise the same diligence while entering into Reciprocal Trade transactions as they do with all cash transactions and ensure that all the documentation required for executing an agreement / deal has been duly completed.
- The client shall comply with all the government taxes of the different countries
TRANSACTION FEES
The Terms and Conditions of use of Sylodium, a company incorporated and existing in accordance with the laws of Spain,
INDEMNITY
Sylodium promotes & enhances Reciprocal Trade between Premium users . The Client does hereby indemnify and shall not hold Sylodium responsible with respect to any claim, debt, or liability whatsoever arising out of any transaction wherein The Client is the buyer or the seller.
ARBITRATION
“All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present contract shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules.”
