China’s “One Belt One Road” (OBOR) Initiative forms the centerpiece of China’s leadership’s new foreign policy.
The initiative was first proposed by China’s President Xi Jinping in 2013. “One Belt” stands for the Silk Road Economic Belt and “One Road” stands for the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road.
The initiative aspires to put the nations of Asia, Oceania, Europe, and Africa on a new trajectory of higher growth and human development through infrastructural connectivity, augmented trade, and investment. The initiative offers tremendous opportunities for international economic cooperation, especially for African nations. This article examines China-Africa relations, centering on the possibility of expanding the OBOR initiative to cover more African nations. Africa has been the focus of China’s foreign policy since 2013.

China's “One Belt One Road” Initiative (OBOR), or Belt and Road Initiative, has dramatically affected natural resource sectors in Africa?
Do you think so? What a bout West countries?
The initiative itself is well-defined and has done very much for China since it was announced. Even if it fails, OBOR would swing the global balance of power. OBOR is to be truly transformative, it will have to do what it was meant to do: right the wrong of the Chinese economy and balance of power. At the very beginning, It has achieved much success . Country after country is tilting towards China. World has understood the crooked global politics of the past. It is Chine only that is going to save the world from the economic and political exploitation of the West and US.

The Psychology Behind Games
What makes gamification so effective is not the badges, tokens or even the friendly competition but it's the way it taps into our psychological need for implicit rewards.
Implicit rewards are internal: unlike a cash bonus or gold watch, they are valuable mainly because of what they mean to us. Often, they have very little real-world value, but they may be priceless to your employees. If you ever received a gold star as a child by a teacher or parent, you know what the simple joy of an implicit rewards feels like.
At the same time, if Berlin gets serious about AI, it could put Germany in direct competition with China, the U.S., the U.K., Russia, and the rest of the European Union.
Germany has made some investments in AI, such as signing a machine-learning agreement with Canada, being selected by Amazon for an AI research center, and testing facial recognition at train stations.
If the country wants to become a true AI leader, it must go beyond this. But, unlike in the past, when Germany could have used its economic size and political weight, when it comes to AI, Germany will have to compete directly with its neighbors and allies. The death of Industry 4.0 may give birth to a new German economic design.

"For instance, sales might be one of them. Gamification can be used to transform disengaged people into top performers," he pointed out.
"For a sales team, you can incorporate a rewards program for your team based on sales KPIs --key performance indicators -- to meet and exceed your goals," suggested Kampas. "When the KPIs are achieved, people can get points and redeem them for cool perks. This can be in the form of gift cards, company swag, or an extra day off, to name a few options."
