China slams new U.S.'s law. (By Sylodium, global import export directory).

China criticises a new U.S. funding law that discriminate Chinese tech vendors, so  the mutual trust between the two nations, China and US, could be damaged.

The funding law includes a provision that U.S. authorities will vet all IT system purchases to Chinese companies, made by the Commerce and Justice Departments, NASA, and the National Science Foundation.

As part of the vetting process, the U.S. will consider “cyber-espionage” risks to the IT system purchases, as well as if the system was “produced, manufactured, or assembled” by companies with links to the Chinese government.

China, thinks, that this abuse of ‘national security’ measures against Chinese enterprises, violate fair trade principles.
