Last year, Finland has been Estonia's largest export and import market. Estonian exports has grown by 19% and imports by 16%.
Regarding exports, Finland has supposed 26% of Estonia’s total exports, followed by Sweden (15%) and Latvia and Russia (both 8%).
Transport equipment has been more than half of the value of the dispatches to Finland, machinery and equipment to Sweden, and beverages and spirits to Russia. Exports to the Netherlands and USA have decreased.
Regarding imports, Finland has supposed 23% of Estonia’s total imports, followed by Sweden (10%) and Germany (9%). Imports increased by goods from Finland (mostly Transport equipment) and Russia, with a slight decrease in the arrivals of goods from Germany (mostly vehicles).
