S.Korea-Japan: international trade. (By Sylodium, global import export directory).

South Korea's exports to one of its neighbouring countries, Japan,  have slowed sharply since the second half of last year due to a weak yen stemming from Tokyo's aggressive monetary easing.

Experts said that if yen's continued depreciation against the U.S. dollar will likely deal a harsher blow to South Korea exports down the road much more than in other countries due to the dependence of South Korea economy from Japan.

South Korea's trade deficit with Japan could worsen even more, if the yen's depreciation against the dollar deepens for a long period of time.
