Taiwan-China trade pact talks to be held soon.
Taipei and Beijing are set to hold talks on technical issues regarding a trade-in-goods agreement in Beijing.
The talks focus on lowering tariffs on the display panel, machine tool, automobile and petrochemical industries.
The consultation is scheduled to last for one day and the delegation will hold a press conference Dec. 17 after it returns to Taiwan, according to officials.
