UK will invest instead of aiding. (By Sylodium, global import export directory).

The UK government plans to help developing countries end their ‘aid dependency’ by focusing on boosting their business environments and encouraging more investment by UK firms, creating growth and jobs in both sides. It would be a good opportunity for developing countries where there is a high prospect of developing the tax base ( For example: Burma, Malawi, Liberia, Afghanistan, and Nigeria), and a sense common policy, because not only is the right thing to do, but also a smart investment.

UK will  help countries to develop their own tax base, squeezing out corruption and providing the technical advice to firstly reap, and later reinvest the gains.

DFID (The Department for International Development of UK) would become a hub for knowledge-sharing, advice and support for projects which have a clear development gain.
