I deal directly with Mandates and Buyers. The following process to be applied:
1. Buyer completes and signs a NCNDA, and places an order with full company information and POF in the form of a BG
2. Buyer will receive a contract and an invoice, and POP.
3. Buyer transmits full payment prior to shipment or Buyer travels to SA to inspect product and transmits full payment. deal direct with buyers needing coal from South Africa.
