南部非洲关税联盟（SACU）1969年根据博茨瓦纳、莱索托、斯威士兰和南非四国签署的关税同盟协定成立
为
保持成员间的商品自由流通，保证以同样的关税和贸易规则从成员国进出口货物，定期召开会议，讨论管理事宜，交流信息和情报。

斯威士兰签，成立了共同货币区（CMA），1990, 因此这4个国家实际上拥有统一货币
